Pinwheels are FUN!

I just made this pinwheel quilt for the silent auction at my husband's family reunion. I just LOVE Moda Bake Shop and Jodi from Simply This That and the Other did this tutorial. I had to try it and love the way it came out and was SO happy when it went for quite a bit of money. Hopefully it will help the reunion out next year. (Some of the prairie points are not pressed....this is just out of the washer.)

I would really love to learn to quilt. Do you think it's hard or pretty simple to start?

The quilt is fabulous! I love it just out of the washer! We have an auction at our family reunions too. I love the fabrics you chose. Be sure and post about it, over at the Moda Bake Shop Flickr Group! ooxx`jodi

My goodness are you good. You are on a role! Do you do the quilting part yourself on the top? One of these I am going to try something like this...I just need to be brave!

Your quilts are spectacular, just like your cookies! I wish we were neighbors, I'd be at your house everyday to learn!
