Toby and the boys are outside right now building a square foot garden. Our family friend, Janet had one last year and it yielded quite a bit of produce. I am also using this as a way to teach the boys about spring, plants, responsibility, and work ethic. Over the next several months we will all work on our garden together. I am super excited about it and hope it gives us lots of tasty vegetables to eat. I'll post pics soon.

Riley's Baby Shower
We used her baby shoes, pictures, mementos, and toys to give the shower a vintage feel.
Kim, Niki's sister-in-law, made these delicious Hawaiian sandwiches and pasta salad.
I have a collection of vintage silver baby cups that I had used at my sister's baby shower so I used them again...love that I used them twice!
We put flags in the cheese to tell what kind it was and you can see her invitation in a frame behind the cheese pedestal.
This sign hung on my mantle and all the presents were placed below.
Here is the guest of honor opening her goodies.

Tour Tuesday - Jack's Room
I thought today would be a good day to show you Jack's room....especially since we are going to be changing it up soon to transition him to a big boy bed. His room is based on vintage firetrucks and my husband painted the mural that goes all the way around the room and on to the ceiling. Hope you enjoy...the pics look faded in all these pics but the mural is really soft colors.
