A Work in Progress

I am working on a vintage baby quilt that I ordered form Quilt Taffy on ebay. I have everything cut and laid out and am going to pin tomorrow and start sewing. This is a very special gift to my little Sammers who turns 1 in 3 weeks. I will post pics when finished...wish me luck.

During breakfast this morning Mr. Jack decided he needed to style his hair using applesauce. So a few minutes before we were supposed to leave for school I threw him in the tub and gave him a bath...he is just so silly. I love two!

I would love to learn to quilt. I visit this site called simplify (it's on my sidebar) and she owns a business for quilting patterns and she has tips. Just FYI

That quilt is going to be so cute! Can't wait to see it completed. That will be something your little man will have forever. Marc still has the quilt his Na-Na made for him when he was little. So neat:)

What a great heriloom to make for him! I've started one quilt way back when..... now my bedroom colors are different. I just had to finish the border around it and hand stitch the back to the front. Oh well It sits in my antique hump back trunk!

The quilt is going to be gorgeous! I wish I could sew, but buttons are about my limit.

2's have been my favorite so far also. 3 year olds not so much!
