A Spring Challenge

I love to read but have been neglectful lately. So when I saw that Callapidder Days was having a Spring Reading Thing I jumped on the chance to join. It is just a challenge to set a reading list and try to accomplish by June 20...the last day of Spring. So here is my jumping off list. I am pretty sure I will be able to accomplish this so if you have any suggestions on anything else...let me know! I am open to all types of reading. What are you all reading this spring? If you are wanting ideas go over and check out her Mr. Linky...everyone is posting their lists.

Happy Spring Y'all!

The Choice by Nicholas Sparks
The Shack by William P. Young
Sarah’s Quilt by Nancy Turner
The Star Garden by Nancy Turner
New Moon by Stephenie Meyer
Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer
Breaking Dawn by Stephenie Meyer
The Story of Edgar Sawtelle by David Wroblewski
Bringing up Boys by James Dobson
The Friday Night Knitting Club by Kate Jacobs

Oh, I forgot, one more thing. Sam got his one year pictures taken this afternoon and the amazing photographer sent me over a sneak peak of one of the pictures.

Take a look. Isn't he precious?

I have read 4 of your books on your list and they are all great. I am reading a fun light read now. Which is The Botox Diaries. But after I finish that I am reading the The Shack. I hear it is the summers best read. Hopefully I will be reading it on my Kindle. Keep your fingers crossed fo me.

I love most anything by James Patterson. He has a new one out that's pretty good, if you like suspense novels.
Adorable picture!

It looks like you have a fun list here. I've read only the Knitting Club book. I just read two mysteries with a quilting theme by Terri Thayer (Wild Goose Chase and Old Maid's Puzzle) that you might like. Another recent (non-fiction) book I really enjoyed was Same Kind of Different as Me by Ron Hell & Denver Moore. Happy reading!

I don't know Kelli but I already like her. James Patterson is my all time favorite anything by him is awesome. Make sure though that if you start reading one of his series (I think there are three) to start at the beginning. Also, The Shack was an absolutely incredible book. You will love it!!

Looks like a great list!

I haven't started the Twilight series yet, though I have the first one on my bookshelf. One of these days...

I've enjoyed Bringing up Boys and The Friday Night Knitting Club. The Story of Edgar Sawtelle is beautifully written.

Oh - and Sam is absolutely adorable!

Thanks for being part of Spring Reading Thing '09!
